• Contact data: phone number, email address, billing address.
• Customer transaction data: company name, quotation and product requests, message contents, invoice and current account records.
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, form submission time and consent records.
• Financial data: when you make an online payment, the payment amount, the invoice or current account the payment relates to and the payment result. Your card details are never seen or stored by the Company; they are processed directly by a licensed payment institution.

• Receiving online payments and posting them to the relevant invoice or current account.

• Fulfilling obligations under tax, commercial and consumer legislation.

Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact, quotation and dealership forms on the Site, the online payment page, email, telephone and instant messaging channels.

This data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

• It is expressly provided for by law (sub-paragraph a).
• It is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (sub-paragraph c).
• It is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation (sub-paragraph ç).
• It is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (sub-paragraph e).
• It is necessary for the Company’s legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (sub-paragraph f).

Commercial electronic messages for campaigns and information are sent only with the consent you give under Law No. 6563; you may withdraw your consent at any time.

To the extent required by the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to the following groups of recipients:

• Banks and licensed payment institutions, for processing payments.
• Providers of accounting, financial advisory and legal services.
• Hosting, email and information technology service providers.
• The manufacturer or distributor of the product, to the extent necessary in warranty and technical support processes.
• Competent public authorities and judicial bodies, upon request.

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the relevant legislation or by the purpose of processing. Commercial books and records and their supporting documents are kept for ten years under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law. At the end of this period your data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the Company you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
• know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that corrections, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing

as provided by law.

You may submit requests concerning your rights, together with information identifying you and in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing or by registered electronic mail, secure electronic signature or mobile signature via the following channels:

Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your application is rejected or you find the answer insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Board.
