Terms of Use

The Site is published to present the products distributed and sold by the Company, to provide a price list and to receive quotation requests and orders.

• Product prices set in foreign currency are shown in Turkish lira at the current exchange rate and are updated as the rate changes.
• Whether prices include or exclude VAT is stated separately in the list.
• The price list is for information. The sale price is the price shown in the order summary or written quotation at the moment the order is confirmed.
• For orders placed at prices that are manifestly incorrect due to a system or typing error, the Company has the right to cancel the order by informing the BUYER and to refund the amount paid.

Technical information, instructions for use and safety data sheets for products are obtained from the manufacturer. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary with screen settings and manufacturers may change packaging without notice. We recommend reading the manufacturer’s safety data sheet before using chemical products.

The design, text, photographs and software on the Site belong to the Company or its licensors. Brand names and logos are registered trademarks of their respective manufacturers. This content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without the Company’s written permission.

• Provide accurate, current information that belongs to you in forms and orders.
• Not attempt to disrupt the Site, compromise its security or place excessive load on it.
• Not collect the price list and product data in bulk using automated tools.
• Not use the Site for unlawful purposes.

The Company takes reasonable care to keep the Site running without interruption or error, but cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance or third-party services. Consumers’ rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.

The Company may update these terms. The current text is published on this page with its effective date and applies from publication; orders already placed are governed by the text accepted at the time of the order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the place of the Company’s head office have jurisdiction over disputes; for consumer transactions, the provisions of Law No. 6502 on consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
