No products or services are sold through the Site. The online payment page is used to pay by card debts arising from commercial relationships established between the Company and its customers outside the Site — such as invoice amounts, current account balances or advance payments under a written quotation.

All matters relating to the goods or services for which payment is made are governed by the relevant invoice, quotation and agreement between the parties; these terms govern the payment transaction only.

The Payer enters their name or trade name, email address, phone number, the payment amount and a description stating which invoice or current account the payment relates to. The Payer is responsible for the accuracy of this information; a missing or incorrect description may delay posting the payment to the correct account.

• Payments are accepted by credit or debit card, in Turkish lira.
• Payments are made through the infrastructure of a payment institution licensed under Law No. 6493, with 3D Secure verification.
• Details such as the card number, expiry date and security code never reach the Company’s servers and are neither seen nor stored.
• Instalment options depend on the conditions of the card-issuing bank.

The result of the payment is shown on screen when the transaction is completed. A successful payment is posted to the invoice or current account stated in the description, and a payment receipt is sent to the Payer’s email address on request.

The exchange rate at which Turkish lira payments made against invoices issued in foreign currency are offset is governed by the invoice and the commercial terms agreed between the parties.

Before disputing a payment with their bank, the cardholder may apply to the Company to have the matter resolved. In the event of a dispute without justified grounds, the Company’s rights concerning the receivable to which the payment relates are reserved.

Personal data shared during payment is processed for the purposes described in the Personal Data Protection Notice and in accordance with Law No. 6698.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the place of the Company’s head office have jurisdiction over disputes; where the Payer is a consumer, the provisions of Law No. 6502 on consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.

By confirming the payment, the Payer declares that they have read and accepted these terms. Each payment is governed by the text in force at the time of payment.
