BUYER: The natural or legal person placing the order whose name or trade name, delivery and billing address, phone and email address are declared when ordering.

The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER on the Site, whose characteristics and sale price are specified in the order summary.

The type, quantity, brand and model of the products, the sale price including all taxes, the payment method and any delivery costs are shown in the order summary; the order summary and the Preliminary Information Form are integral parts of this agreement.

The sale price is the price at the moment the order is confirmed. Subsequent changes in exchange rates do not affect the price of a confirmed order.

• Products are shipped with a contracted cargo company to the delivery address given by the BUYER.
• The delivery time may not exceed thirty days from the date the order reaches the SELLER. If the SELLER realises it cannot deliver within this period, it informs the BUYER immediately; the BUYER may terminate the agreement and the amount paid is refunded within fourteen days.
• If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible if that person refuses delivery.
• The BUYER should check the package on delivery and have the courier record a damage report for a damaged package.

The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product in accordance with the order, complete and intact, together with any warranty certificate and user manual; and, if performance becomes impossible due to stock, supply or any other reason, to notify the BUYER within three days of learning this and to refund the amount collected within fourteen days.

The BUYER accepts that the information given when ordering is accurate, that they have read and understood the Preliminary Information Form and that they confirmed the order electronically. If, for any reason, payment is not made to the SELLER by the card-issuing bank or payment institution, the BUYER returns the product within three days at the SELLER’s expense.

The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within fourteen days from the day the goods are delivered to the BUYER or a third party designated by the BUYER, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal is given in writing within this period through the following channels:

The BUYER sends the goods back to the SELLER within ten days of the notice, together with the invoice and all accessories. The SELLER refunds all payments, including delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving the notice, using the payment method used by the BUYER. For returns made with the cargo company specified by the SELLER, the return cost is borne by the SELLER.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following goods:

• Goods prepared according to the BUYER’s requests or personal needs (for example paint mixed to a colour code supplied by the BUYER, or products cut to size).
• Goods that deteriorate quickly or may pass their expiry date.
• Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons; chemical products whose lids have been opened (paint, varnish, hardener, thinner, filler, adhesive, etc.).
• Goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
• Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets beyond the SELLER’s control.

If defective goods are delivered, the BUYER may exercise the optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502. Liability for defective goods is subject to a two-year limitation period from delivery unless a longer period is provided. For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the conditions of the warranty certificate also apply.

The BUYER’s personal data is processed for the purposes described in the Personal Data Protection Notice and in accordance with Law No. 6698.

For disputes arising from this agreement, consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above those limits. For purchases where the BUYER is a merchant, the Turkish Commercial Code applies and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

By confirming the order, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon order confirmation; a copy is sent to the BUYER’s email address and kept by the SELLER.
